Warum Fortschrittsfotos führen?
Visual progress is often more revealing than the scale. Photos capture changes in posture, muscle definition, body fat distribution, and overall composition that a number on the scale cannot show. Taking consistent check-in photos every 2-4 weeks gives you a powerful visual record of your transformation.
Tipps für konsistente Fotos
- Use the same location, lighting, and pose each time for accurate comparison
- Take photos from the same distance and angle (front, side, and back)
- Wear consistent clothing (minimal, fitted) for each check-in
- Take photos at the same time of day, preferably in the morning
