What metrics does the AI measure?
The AI detects 33 body landmarks and computes: V-taper ratio (shoulder-to-waist), waist change, shoulder width change, arm fullness change, waist-to-height ratio, and shoulder-to-height ratio. Each metric is shown as a percentage change.
Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. All calculators, the AI trainer, and the body analysis tool work without an account. A free account is only needed if you want to sync your workout and measurement data across devices.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes, the site is fully responsive and works on mobile phones and tablets. Photos taken with your phone camera work well as long as lighting and pose are consistent.
